Our cough support tincture is exactly what you need during cold and flu season. It is simple to take (you don't need a whole spoonful like cough syrups). We love wild cherry bark, because it can help relieve the annoying cough, but will leave the cough that is productive and needed by the body. Cough's can be annoying, but sometimes they are doing a job and removing unwanted phlegm from the lungs. Wild cherry bark can actually articulate which cough is useful and which cough is just an aggravated response. We have included multiple other herbs to help with lubrication and health of the lungs.
